Use the Sales Invoice Template
Download a ready-made template with GST-compliant column headers and built-in validation guidance. Fill in your invoice data and upload it here — columns are auto-detected, so no manual mapping is needed. The template includes an Instructions sheet (field-by-field GST rules) and a Valid Values sheet (GST rates, state codes, units of measurement).
Tip: keep the header row unchanged and enter data from row 2 onwards for error-free imports.
